Comprehensive ESD Testing

ESD Combo Tester G4 fully supports the "Compliance Verification Plan"requirements as stated in the ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021.
- Evaluates the continuity and functionality of wrist strap, ESD footwear and smock at the same time
- Intuitively display of test resistance value and test results
Testing Limits for both wrist strap, footwear and smock are configurable with DIP switch and Система контроля доступа ESD software.

Access Control

Periodic Calibration

As per ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 и IEC 61340-5-1, ESD checker should be calibrated periodically, ensuring their testing limits remain accurate.

Periodic Calibration Tool ED311 is designed for regular calibration of ESD Defender combo testers G4 and ESD turnstile gates. It allows users to perform calibration themselves on the shop floor within a few minutes, avoiding downtime and high costs associated with third-party calibration.

ED311 can check the performance limits for single-wire wrist straps, dual-wire wrist straps, and static control footwear, ensuring the ESD Defender testers function effectively.

Multiple installation options are available for the ESD Defender combo tester G4: wall-mounted, pedestal-mounted, and integrated with turnstiles, allowing customers to choose based on their specific on-site needs.
